Hello, Friends! |
Ordination for the glory of God!Last week I received a thank you message from Mrs. Bornales thanking God and the Adopt a Minister International/sponsors because all of her four sons are now ordained ministers of the church. 1 Peter 5-1:4 To the elders among you, I appeal as a fellow elder and a witness of Christ’s sufferings who also will share in the glory to be revealed: Be shepherds of God’s flock that is under your care, watching over them—not because you must, but because you are willing, as God wants you to be; not pursuing dishonest gain, but eager to serve; not lording it over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock. And when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away. |

From one of the Bornales brothers: “Who would’ve thought that four brothers would one day stand side by side as ordained ministers of the gospel? Now serving in Davao Mission, South Central Mindanao Mission, Southern Mindanao Mission, and Central Luzon Provinces Mission. We’re living proof of what God can do. We’ll always be grateful to our foster dad, Pastor Timothy Saxton, who believed in us, supported our journey, and made it possible for us to study at South Philippine Adventist College. All sponsors in the ministry. And to our loving parents, Noel Sr. (Deceased) and Lolita Bornales whose constant prayers and guidance shaped our hearts for ministry. This moment is more than just a photo, but it’s a story of God’s faithfulness and the quiet strength of a family who never stopped believing. To God be all the glory!” – David |

All four Bornales brothers were under Adopt a Minister International when they started out. Now, David is in Davao Mission, Lilio is in Western Mindanao Mission, Noel Jr is in Luzon Provinces Mission and Ely is in Southern Mindanao Mission. Praise God! Thank you so much to all our sponsors for the important role you have played in the lives and ministry of God’s dedicated workers. We could’ve done this without you. We pray that God will continue to bless you in every aspect of your lives as we continue to serve Him until He comes to take us home! |
